Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Shootify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for use by Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) and their authorized representatives. By using our platform, you represent that:
- You hold a valid Federal Firearms License or are authorized to act on behalf of an FFL
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the services in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
- Use the services to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
Compliance Responsibilities
While Shootify provides tools to assist with ATF compliance, you remain solely responsible for ensuring your business complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding firearms sales and record-keeping.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services as described in your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
The Shootify platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Shootify, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shootify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
